SCUPLT: A 60 minute hot class that combines hot yoga, weights, and cardio. Take your fitness to a new level with this challenging and rewarding class. We'll provide the weights, just bring your mat, towel and water!

T3: We promise you; you've never taken a class quite like this! T3 is a unique class, developed by instructor Alexis Bonogofsky, that focuses on strengthening your core muscles - your entire abdominal wall, all three muscles in your glutes, you hip flexors, and your deep back muscles. And, while individual muscle strength is important, the class also works on core integration - how to teach all those muscles to work together to create a stronger, more functional strength for increased mobility and balance. T3 takes students through a mix of methods, disciplines and combinations that engage and activate even the tiniest muscles with both continuous, dynamic movement and static holds. Integrating this 1-hour class into your regular yoga practice will strengthen you in ways you will not believe!

Come prepared for your fitness class

Don't come unprepared for your body toning classes. To prepare for your workout, you should:

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can bend and stretch in
  • Bring plenty of water to drink during breaks
  • Decide to listen to your body and take breaks if you need to
  • Arrive a few minutes early to stretch and meet your instructor
